An Indiana witness at Alexandria reported watching a group of lights moving at high speed just 20 feet off the ground, according to testimony in Case 93410 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The witness was northbound along County Road 400 East in Madison County at 9:30 p.m. on July 13, 2018.

“Just after crossing 1250 North we passed a house and observed off to the left lights flying across a bean field at a high rate of speed,” the witness stated. “The lights were somewhat shielded from our view by a row of trees along a ditch line on the southeast corner of the field. My initial thought was, ‘Why would they be crop dusting at night with lights on the plane?’ Then I remembered it was a bean field and they are not usually dusted by plane. Just before reaching a small bridge where the ditch crosses the road the lights were at the east edge of the field just before reaching the edge of the road. I noticed then that the light appeared to be a bright sphere but then it turned slightly to the road and I could see five or six spheres in a straight line equally spaced apart and they seemed to nearly stop at the edge of the road then the furthest one away turned back west and up at about a 45-degree angle and the rest followed as if tied together and then just vanished. My wife was with me and she saw the same thing only she described it as similar to a row of very bright street lights and she also said she thought it moved more like a fighter jet flying at very low altitude across the field before she realized it was a row of lighted orbs. The spheres were not more than 15-20 feet above the ground and were around 10-12 feet in diameter.”

A Canadian witness at Toronto reported watching “seven bright lights loosely in triangle formation,” according to testimony in Case 97688 from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The witness and his wife were on a balcony at 10 p.m. on July 10, 2018.

“It was night at that time of the year, but there was lots of glow from the city lights as usual,” the witness stated. “The sky was cloudy but not completely overcast. We saw seven bright, green lights flying roughly from the lakeside in an approximate southeast-northwest path. For those familiar with Toronto, it looked like it was flying over Spadina or University Avenue. To be honest, it looked like a flock of geese, but they seemed to be flying unusually high. After a few seconds, the formation disappeared above a gray cloud, never to be seen by us again. Also, it seemed to me very odd that geese can reflect that much greenish light at night from that distance. It might have been a group of drones? It made no sound, but on the other hand it looked very far high in the sky, probably as high as Piper aircrafts fly.”
